The problem of multi-echelon inventory optimization in the supply chain has been a hot issue in theoretical research and practical applications.With the acceleration of information network technology changes and diversified market competition,information asymmetry and the bullwhip effect in the supply chain have been exacerbated,increasing the backlog of inventory and the difficulty of managing the supply chain system.However,the blockchain's multi-party sharing,distributed ledge,consensus mechanism,and full traceability are just the right solutions to the difficulties of the supply chain,optimizing processes,improving the responsiveness of the supply chain,and reducing inventory costs.Based on this background,this article is to accelerate the innovation and development of blockchain technology in supply chain management.Firstly,by reviewing the domestic and international multi-echelon inventory classic literature of supply chain and the application prospects of blockchain technology,we analyze the research status and methods of inventory management,and clarify the research goals in the application of blockchain technology in supply chain management;Secondly,based on the application of blockchain technology to solve the information problems in the supply chain,such as information asymmetry,information delay,and inaccurate information,we adopt mathematical modeling and linear control theory to deeply research the static and dynamic models of multi-echelon inventory in a complex supply chain,thereby establishing blockchain-based multi-echelon inventory cost model and blockchain-based multi-echelon inventory system model of supply chain.Finally,MATLAB was used for genetic algorithm design,simulation comparison and dynamic response analysis of the system.The specific research work in this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the premise that the information of supply chain participants is fully accessible by applying blockchain technology,this article quantitatively analyzes the impact of the degree of application of blockchain technology on information accuracy and timeliness,and introduces the delay cost under the influence of blockchain technology,So as to build a multi-echelon inventory cost model consisting of a core enterprise,supplier networks and distributor networks,and use an improved genetic algorithm to solve the case model to verify its validity rationality and applicability.The research shows that:? the delay cost is introduced into the multi-echelon inventory model compared with previous studies,the total cost of the optimized model is reduced by 16.87%;?the total cost of inventory in the supply chain decreases as the delay cost weight coefficient increases;?When the inventory cost is optimal,the application of blockchain technology is the largest.The results of this research make up for the lack of previous research on collaborative optimization of multi-echelon inventory in complex supply chains under uncertain demand,reduce the global inventory cost of the supply chain,improve forecast accuracy and rapid response capabilities.(2)For solving the bullwhip effect in the supply chain caused by the order information,inventory information,and point-of-sale data are susceptible to the quality of information,this paper uses linear control theory to construct a secondary inventory system control model composed of one manufacturer and one retailer,and introduces information factors under the influence of blockchain technology to design a secondary system structure diagram,and adopt transfer function,frequency domain response curve,and white noise amplification curve to analyze and compare the dynamic response characteristics of the blockchain technology under the input of customer fixed demand and stochastic demand signals.The research shows that:? high inventory variability is accompanied by high order variability;? order variability decreases as the exponential smoothing factor and the information factor under the influence of blockchain technology decrease;?The longer the information delay time,the more significant the inhibitory effect of the information factors on the control system under the influence of blockchain technology.The results of this research quantify the impact of blockchain technology on the bullwhip effect in the supply chain,enrich the application of blockchain technology in multi-echelon inventory management of the supply chain,and provide new ideas for enterprises.
