In recent decades, with the rapid development of science and technology and the processof world economic integration, the continuous improvement of people’s consumption level, the market environment has changed dramatically. Consumer’s purchasing desire andconsumer’s purchasing ability are increasing year by year. Consumers become the key ofmarket operations. Complex and changing product demand and unpredictable marketdynamics make a huge impact to the business operations. Therefore, ATO as the new supplychain management has been proposed, and adopted by many companies. Also, due to thepopularity of large-scale machine production, product’s replacement time reduces greatly. The sharp shortening of the period of products updating makes the inventory to become abottleneck for supply chain management, which restricts the overall performance of thesupply chain. The manufacturing enterprises as the core in traditional supply chainmanagement has been unable to meet customer needs in product quality and response time. The profits of manufacturing enterprises have become less. At the same time, thecollaborative management becomes the breakthrough of the supply chain profit. The total costof the supply chain is reduced by the unified planning and management of each nodeenterprise. Discussing ATO enterprise problems of the collaborative inventory management isimportant.Firstly, we read a lot of references, know the present research status at home and abroadof collaborative inventory management in ATO supply chain. Secondly, we study the theoryof supply chain, the knowledge of inventory management and the concepts of ATO andcollaborative inventory. We describe the existing problems in the supply chain. Then, it laidthe theoretical foundation for the model and other works based on the principles of economicsand supply chain management. This thesis establishs a collaborative inventory model of two-echelon ATO supply chain, making up of one supplier-and-one retailer, by considering these characteristics that eachdemand arrives as a poisson process and each production time of component follows as anexponential distribution. Then the hybrid parallel genetic algorithms were given with usingthe improved step acceleration method as the crossover operator and using decimal to binaryconversion as mutation operator. The algorithm adds transport operator and uses iterationnumber of the maximum fitness as a termination rule. Seek the inventory of reorder point andthe fixed order quantity with optimum costs by multithread approach. It Reduces the timespent to solve the model and enhances the accuracy of the final solution. The modelsimulation and the analysis are carried out through a certain scale simulation test data.Convergence analysis of the collaborative inventory model in ATO supply chain are studied by simulating data. And cited multiple simulation test set shows that the model plays a role inreducing inventory costs in different situations. Finally, the thesis summarizes the findings and conclusions and analyzes the deficienciesof the model and algorithm design. It also gives us some suggestions for the future researchon collaborative inventory management in ATO supply chain.
