Along with the development of global information technology at all speed and the global integration of world economy, the enterprises will face more and more aspects of competitive. The development of e-commerce makes the competitiveness of enterprises is not only the competition between products, but also the competition between the supply chain between enterprises. In order to make great advantages in the competition of supply chain, the enterprises should combined the integration and optimization of enterprise logistics system of enterprise supply chain. The two issues of Inventory and transportation cost control have been an important issue on logistics system research. Many scholars committed to this aspect, and they have made certain effect to help the enterprise to improve the competitiveness of products and improve customer service satisfaction. At the same time rapid development of e-commerce leads to the emergence of the returns in the logistics system resulting of reverse logistics. So this article is in this background to introduce the inventory routing problem of e-commerce under the environment of supply chain. This passage will establish the IRP model including reverse logistics, and finish the corresponding algorithm design.The main contents are divided into the following five chaptersChapter one composes the research background of IRP problem including reverse logistics and the practical significance of this topic; then it introduces the research status of IRP and reverse logistics at our own country and in abroad, and at last it points out the research content and innovation;The second chapter:it mainly introduces the application of the algorithm:the theory and ideas of simulated annealing and tabu search algorithm, and the general solving process of the two algorithms;The third chapter research on that the customer return the product not due to quality problems under the environment of e-commerce supply chain, and it will establish the IRP two level logistics system model including reverse logistics centering on this issue, and it is based on the simulated annealing algorithm standard on the design of improved simulated annealing algorithm, and it will prove the effectiveness by calculation an example to verify the rationality of the model and the algorithm of this chapter;The fourth chapter research on that the customer return the product due to quality problems under the environment of e-commerce supply chain, and it will establish the closed-loop IRP three level logistics system model including reverse logistics centering on this issue, and it is based on tabu search algorithm on the standard design an improved tabu search algorithm, and it will prove the effectiveness by calculation an example to verify the rationality of the model and the algorithm of this chapter;The fifth chapter, the summary and outlook.
