With the development of information technology, information system and e-commerce, e-Supply Chain Management (e-SCM) comes into being. Compared with traditional commerce, returns are more likely to happen in the e-commerce environment. In order to adapt to the reality of the market environment, not only logistics system as an important part of the supply chain needs to make corresponding adjustment and improvement, but also logistics network should have reverse channels and highly integrated logistics process. Facility location, inventory and vehicle routing are considered as the three key problems of logistics management, which are studied respectively in the traditional logistics management. More and more managers begin to realize that there is a mutually dependent relationship among the three problems. Integrated logistics management has been proposed to optimize logistics activities from the pairwise integration and the three integration of location-inventory-routing problem. In view of this, this paper focuses on the optimization of LIRP in e-Supply Chain environment and proposes an effective heuristic algorithm to solve this problem taking the cost of returned merchandises into account. Finally, the test example is presented to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the heuristic algorithm. This paper is mainly divided into five parts:In the first chapter, this paper introduces its research background, research significance and research situation of home and abroad, indicates that it is necessary to research this topic. In the second chapter, this paper presents two algorithms will be used in the following chapters. In the third chapter, an LIRP model containing reverse logistics is proposed by analyzing the cases that the customers are dissatisfied with the product and return the purchase under the environment of supply chain in electronic commerce, and solved using hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm. In the end, a case analysis is carried out. Through comparing with the existing algorithm analysis, to proves that the algorithm of this paper is feasible and better. In the fourth chapter, an integrated optimization model of location-inventory-routing problem is proposed for closed-loop logistics system by analyzing the specifications and the Constraints of the defective products returning problem. An improved algorithm is designed to solve the model. Not only can it improve the disadvantage of the single algorithm, but also it can be proved to be more efficiently by real samples at the end of this chapter. In the fifth chapter, we summarize this paper and put forward the direction of improving.
