With China' s entry to WTO and increasingly fierce international market competition, the requirements for the quality, the performance and the types of goods are becoming higher and higher. Any enterprise has to react to this quickly or it will be a loser. Besides on sophisticated producing technologies, the leaders of an enterprise have to focus on management notions and management systems among which advanced storage management pattern, as a reduction of funds and an enhancement of competition power, is being given more and more attention.Based on the theory "Manufacturing Resources Planning" , the paper formulates on the system MRPII , discusses such issues as the core question, models in the goods supply chain and concludes that implementing the supply chain management is the best approach to the decrease of goods circulation cost. The supply chain management is an integrated management thinking and approach, with its function of planning and controlling from the supplier to the final client. Because of the uncertainty of the supply chain and of "cattle' s effect" , the establishment of the integrated system proves to be a necessity. Through the system, all the enterprises on the chain are capable of sharing demands information, of setting up brand-new cooperation modes and of promoting inter-enterprise information communication. The paper bases itself on deep investigation, taking Chongqing Dajiang Trust Vehicle Co. LTD as its subject. The paper does a concrete analysis of the necessity of creating a supply chain system in the first 2 chapters, and does research on storage demands in Chapter 3 and chapter 4. The system we have put forward has much flexibility, multiple interfaces, as a result, it can provide a good framework for other systems.
