As an important research content in signal processing,array signal processing has received extensive attention in the fields of communications and radar.Limited by the complexity of the algorithm,in the engineering implementation,the real-time performance of the array signal processing algorithm is often difficult to meet,so the design and optimization of the system are particularly important.Based on the existing array signal processing algorithm,this paper studies its realization process on the hardware platform,including the following contents:1.Research the amplitude and phase error correction algorithm,and calibrate multiple frequency points by constructing a broadband calibration filter.In the hardware implementation,combined with the consumption of hardware resources,a specific implementation plan is proposed,and the effectiveness of the plan is verified through the test results.2.Study the realization of multi-rate channelization,determine the digital downconversion scheme based on actual needs,optimize the hardware implementation of the decimation filter,and reduce the resource consumption of the multiplier through timedivision multiplexing.3.Study the implementation of MUSIC algorithm on the hardware platform.Firstly,the calculation amount of the algorithm is reduced by constructing the real number matrix.Secondly,the fixed-point solution in the processing of the MUSIC algorithm is studied,and the resource consumption and processing time in the hardware are analyzed.In order to reduce the number of receivers and save hardware overhead,the realization of DOA estimation based on three-channel receivers is studied,and its hardware resource consumption and real-time processing performance are compared and analyzed.4.Research the realization of beamforming algorithm in hardware.The fixed-point process of beamforming weight vector is given,and the output truncation scheme of beamforming is studied,and the truncation method is adjusted according to the amplitude of the input data.Based on the cross-correlation calculation results of the direct and scattered waves extracted by beamforming,the influence of the dynamic truncation scheme on the cross-correlation calculation error is analyzed.
