With the extensive application of computers and the rapid development of microelectronic technology,the digital system has been widely used in the fields of national economy,national defense and scientific experiments,playing an increasingly important role.In the acoustic field,real-time data acquisition and processing is the necessary method during the research of underwater communication,positioning and anvigation.Acoustic signal acquisition and real-time processing system is more and more flexibly implemented with the development of computer technology and the development of microelectronic chips.This paper is aimed to achieve a certain versatility.and scalability of the acoustic signal acquisition and real-time processing system.The system can complete twelve route acoustic signal's acquisition with the maximum sampling frequency of 192 kHz,and has the functions of real-time processing,display,data storage and playback.The system adopts the design scheme which is modular and redundant to power system reliability and makes circuit easy to upgrade and maintain.And it has the AGC function in order to adapt to different environments.The whole system is based on DSP and FPGA design,and the acquisition system chiefly on FPGA design,for FPGA has very rich I/O resources,its connection and control are very flexible and it is convenient for software's upgrade and change;the part of signal processing,which centers about DSP,is composed of two parallel processing boards.Each board has two TMS320C6416 chips whose main frequency speed up to 1GHz.It is powerful and has high-speed processing.The system designs two options of display and storage,in the laboratory and in the occasions when mainframe computer can be used conveniently,the data can be displayed and stored in the mainframe computer by the fiber;in the occasions when it's inconvenient to carry mainframe computer,the data can be displayed and storaged on the system's LCD panel and disk arrays.The experiments show that the system has a large quantity of storage and well-behaved real-time processing.It is effective and reliable with perfect functions.
