With the rapid development of the Internet and the deep integration of "Internet+" with various industries,new Internet products have emerged in large numbers.Especially in recent years,the Internet technology framework and system architecture have been continuously updated and improved,and the new development ecology which represented by We Chat Miniprogram has continued.In this situation,the traditional software system product development management has been unable to meet the current situation.T company is an Internet enterprise which focuses on online travel business.The business logic of products is relatively complex,and it has thousands of systems currently.During the development of new products,a large number of services have to rely on the old systems.There are so many problems,that it's necessary for T company to optimize and upgrade the existing R & D management,also it needs a set of new product project R & D process standards and quantifiable indicators to carry out digital process management.In this thesis,T company's R &D issues will be fully collected,investigated and analyzed,combined with the company's original project research and development status,based on the theory of agile project management,to optimize the existing process,designs a set of process standards in line with the current situation of the company,ensure the delivery within the planning cycle of product development,ensure the quality of delivery,and improve customer satisfaction.At the same time,design reasonable digital indicators in the R & D process,and timely report and analyze the data indicators through the management tools,so as to achieve the digitization and automatic management of the whole R & D process,and provide the corresponding incentive scheme according to the data,and allocate the rewards scientifically and reasonably,so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the team.The main work in this research is as follows:1.Through surveys and interviews to collect the main problems and challenges of T company in the development of new products.2.Study and collect advanced theories and models at home and abroad,and the case of an excellent company,combined with the current situation and actual situation of T company to improve and optimize the current problems and methods.3.Communicate and cooperate with the company's R&D team and the project management office team to design a new product R&D management process that meets the actual situation,and combine digital tools to manage and control the entire R&D process.4.Take the research and development of a new product as an example to actually guide the team to implement the new model and solve the problems in the promotion process,and finally verify and optimize the results through data verification.
