Under the background of the new era,both the external environment and specific users have put forward higher requirements for application software.For a long time in the past,software companies in emerging industries such as e-commerce,online car-hailing and group-buying have created corresponding software products in a short period of time by extending the working hours of their employees,using capital to grab the market and gaining huge profits from the Internet.Nowadays,if IT and Internet companies want to continue to succeed,it is not enough to rely solely on innovation.More often,they need to respond quickly to user needs,quickly produce product artifacts,and quickly iteratively deliver value.Therefore,the traditional extensively R&D management model is not applicable now,the more flexible and efficient agile model is more suitable for the fast-developing software industry.Therefore,many software companies have introduced agile project management.The characteristics of agile management include embracing change,emphasizing the delivery of the smallest available software early this morning through trial and error,to adapt to changing needs and environments.However,many teams found that team efficiency had not improved after being agile for a period of time,and even led to the failure of the final transformation.There are many reasons for the failure of team agile transformation,including only adopting formal agile and not understanding the true meaning of agile thinking.In practice,the obvious performance is that the length of standing meeting is blindly emphasized,but it doesn't make appropriate adjustments based on the actual situation to the work content of the day.In the process of agile transformation,the team blindly pursues fast,and mistakes that agile means fast.The team only pursues speed,but ignores the requirements for quality.The basic situation of H company described in this article,and at the same time,the experience and lessons of H company in agile practice is analyzed in detail.An agile solution that is more suitable for software development is proposed.First of all,H company is not a software company in the conventional sense,but after accumulating a wealth of experience in the consulting industry,it has been working hard in the software industry in recent years.Like many companies,they hope to use the Internet to vigorously develop software products,and successfully launched the warehouse system software and emergency material system software.However,in the development process,there is still a waste of personnel and resources,and the product market responds generally.Therefore,the introduction of agile project management,process management,quality management,etc.in the later stage of the project to optimize team organization,significantly improved team efficiency and product recognition.On the whole,agile project management provides new ideas for software development and optimization,but the team's agile transformation cannot be achieved overnight.It requires relevant companies to gradually understand agile thinking and use agile methods in agile practice,so as to meet the product development process.At the same time,it monitors the quality of the project through short-term iterative management.Through continuous learning and practice,it creates products that are more in line with the requirements of the times.At the same time,it improves the overall strength of the team and responds to different environmental changes.
