With economic development and social progress,non-monopoly industries produce the same features of products,which is lead to thinning profit.As a result,T company's strategy for switching power supply products has gradually transformed from a thin,profitable industrial standardization product to a lucrative custom product.During the transition period,T company found that customer demand for the product changes very frequently,the functional characteristics of products are more and more personalized,in addition to customer's product delivery time is also shrinking.T Company's product development and standard research and development are the use of traditional waterfall testing management method,because the method has a very standardized testing process and testing standards,so lead to long research and development testing cycle.The result of using this waterfall method for a product is that it cannot follow the changes in the market and lead to T Company's custom products uncompetitive in the market.The idea of agile is to be applied with the diversification of market demand.Although the Agile test management method is implemented in many software enterprises,there are few cases of research and implementation for non-software enterprises.Therefore,T company urgently needs a new test management method to shorten the development time of the customized product,respond to the customer's demand change quickly,and improve the customer's satisfaction to the product.The research methods of this paper mainly through the literature research,survey research method,inductive method and at the same time using the system of Agile theory,combined with the status quo of T Company to build the test management method based on Agile thinking,for T company test management reference and reference.This paper first summarizes the ideas,systems and methods of inductive agile testing theory and analyzes the differences between agile testing methods and traditional testing methods through qualitative and quantitative methods.By collating and analyzing the current situation of T Company's testing time management,team management and process management,and combining the industry trends,it is concluded that the traditional waterfall test management method can not meet the rapid demand change of the market.Secondly,through deep analysis of the definition of agile testing management methods,core values and existing management methods.According to T company Custom product development in the testing team management,process management and time management issues combined with agile testing management methods to develop a suitable solution.Finally,we compare the T company traditional test to agile testing through productivity,employee skills,cost-effectiveness analysis and so on.It proves that the application of agile testing management method in T company's customized products is effective and can solve related problems.The innovation of this paper depends on the agile thinking,which rebuilds the testing of industrial customized products through agile testing team building,agile testing time management and agile testing flow optimization respectively.Based on the experience and cases implemented in the T company's customized products,the ultimate hope in the industrial sector to promote a complete set of agile testing management system,not only to meet the changing needs of customers but also can shorten the development cycle of customized products in order to meet the final customer satisfaction maximize.
