In the era of data intelligence,the personalized and intelligent application of information technology represented by big data technology and artificial intelligence technology is setting off a brand new revolution.The development of ubiquitous network technology and the competition of information services have made enterprises' demand for archive utilization develop in the direction of multi-channel,mobile,and intelligent,which in turn promotes the transformation of enterprise archives work towards a new format.The new business environment of enterprise archives requires the professional ability of enterprise archive workers to change accordingly to cope with the impact of the information environment and social environment on enterprise archives work.Clarifying the composition of the professional capabilities of corporate archives talents in the era of data intelligence and building a corporate archives talent training model that adapts to the era of data intelligence is a good strategy for enterprises and corporate archives departments to deal with the impact of the new technological environment.This article is researched in accordance with the procedure of "propose problems-analyze problems-solve problems".First put forward the research questions of this article: "What professional capabilities are required for corporate archival talents under the background of the data intelligence era?","How do companies cultivate corporate archival talents to meet the needs of the data intelligence era?",and then apply content analysis to the professional archival talents.The content involved in the competence is analyzed systematically and the content model of the professional competence of corporate archival talents is established.Finally,a training model for corporate archival talents is constructed and specific implementation suggestions are put forward.The research problems solved in this paper and the research results obtained are as follows:First,analyze the challenges faced by corporate archival talents in the era of data intelligence.New changes have taken place in the enterprise archives work in the era of digital intelligence.One is that the main body of enterprise internal archive management has shifted from manual to manual and artificial intelligence,the management objects have changed from paper archives to digital archives and archive data,and the management method has changed from manual operation to technical assistance;the second is that the working environment of the external file service of the enterprise is dynamic and complicated,the service forms are diversified,and the service objects are de-specialized.Second,summarize the content of the professional capabilities of corporate archives in the era of data intelligence.In the era of data intelligence,the professional capabilities of corporate archives talents are mainly composed of three major parts,namely core capabilities,data intelligence and innovation capabilities.Among them,core capabilities include file system management capabilities,file management capabilities,file management capabilities,file system operations capabilities,file business management and control capabilities,file information service capabilities,and file security capabilities;data intelligence capabilities include file data thinking training capabilities,Archive data collection capability,archive data mining capability,archive data analysis capability,archive data integration capability,archive data operation and maintenance capability,archive data service capability and archive data security assurance capability;innovation capability includes the ability to develop new archive management platforms and innovative archives Service form capability.Third,build a talent training model for enterprise archives in the era of data intelligence.The training model is mainly composed of three subsystems,namely the archives talent cultivation subsystem at the university level,the archives talent cultivation subsystem at the enterprise level,and the archives talent cultivation subsystem at the school-enterprise joint training level.Fourth,put forward suggestions for the implementation of the enterprise archive talent training model in the era of data intelligence.The specific content includes clarifying the training concept and setting training goals;improving the management system and optimizing the training process;establishing an evaluation mechanism to focus on the training effect.
