Research On Multi-subject Collaborative Cultivation Mechanism Of Artificial Intelligence Talents

At present,the most significant technological change facing the world is artificial intelligence(AI).China has raised the development of AI to an important position,which provides macro policy basis and background support for our research on AI talents cultivation.Talents construction and knowledge innovation are the twin engines of AI development.The construction and cultivation of high-end talents is a Chinese program to implement the development of AI.In the era of AI,talents are the most important parts.It is essential to cultivate talents for developing AI.Based on the influence for talent cultivation in the development of AI industry,the thesis will discuss the inevitability of the construction of multi-subject collaborative cultivation mechanism of AI talent from three aspects: the background and requirements of multi-subject collaboration,the different aims of multi-subject function and the proper selection of multi-subject collaboration,and construct a multi-subject collaborative cultivation mechanism of AI talents and probe into the safeguard measures of cultivating AI talents by multi-subject collaboration.The thesis will be studied in four parts.Firstly,recognizing the impact for talents cultivation in the development of AI industry.This part will start research from two aspects: the new requirements for talent cultivation goals and the new challenges for talent cultivation in higher education,and point out that the current talent cultivation cannot adapt to the development of AI industry.Therefore,the cultivation of AI talents must be valued and studied.Secondly,exploring the inevitability of the construction of multi-subject cooperative cultivation mechanism of AI talents.This part attempts to answer why we should build a multi-subject collaborative cultivation mechanism of AI talents from three aspects: the background and requirements of multi-subject collaboration,the different aims of multi-subject function and the proper selection of multi-subject collaborationThirdly,constructing a multi-subject collaborative cultivation mechanism for AI talents.This part will study from five aspects: building a multi-subject interaction mechanism,building a deep participation mechanism of coordination and management,establishing and improving the benefit sharing mechanism,exploring the responsibility sharing mechanism of multi-subject,and establishing a clearly oriented evaluation and incentive mechanism.Fourthly,probing into the safeguard measures of cultivating AI talents by multisubject collaboration.This part will conduct research from four aspects to ensure that the multi-subject collaborative cultivation mechanism of AI talents works well,including policy guarantee,organization guarantee,system guarantee and environment guarantee.
