Research On Film And Television Animation Column Packaging Based On Innovative Talents Cultivation

Our country is encouraging "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation",and regards enhancing the ability of independent innovation and builds an innovative country as the core of national development strategy.A nationwide wave of innovation and entrepreneurship has been setting off in the meantime,and the Government documents on the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship have been transformed into specific policy measures.Without innovative education,there can be no innovative talents.Cultivating innovative talents has become the common goal of higher education.The major colleges and universities are actively exploring the research,and have achieved some success.But most of them are theoretical,which lacks the characteristic of practice and operation.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the operability of cultivating high skilled innovative talents and promoting students' employment and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities by drawing on the world's advanced educational model.This paper tries to structure a school-enterprise cooperation project network education platform,with starting from the training of innovative talents,taking the "film and television animation column packaging" project teaching platform and resource development as the research object,basing on WAMP technology development network application platform,and referring to the domestic and foreign advanced MOOC,SPOC,edX and Coursera,and so on.The platform provides a self-learning and school-enterprise exchange platform for students,which combines with off-campus enterprises,brings into the enterprise real project case,and makes up for students after school project learning resources.After the project training,students can undertake part of the project design and production;enterprises can save human resources,and teachers can better grasp the forefront of market knowledge,for the school can innovate talent training and corporate employment mechanism to do a good job convergence.Based on the education work,the anthor of this thesis closely follows the national spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship training spirit,uses the Internet + project teaching school-enterprise cooperation model for film and television animation column packaging innovative talent training.Through the system platform,you can let different user groups in the network environment,and uses the browser and server network to achive the functions of project-based teaching,teacher-student interaction,school-enterprise cooperation and communication,Better integration of Internet and project teaching provides a powerful tool for the full implementation of innovative high-skilled and applicative talents,and broadens the channels for the exchange of school-enterprise cooperation to promote the employment of students.
