With the acceleration of globalization and intensification of market competition, competitive intelligence activity has become an important content in current economic and social life; the enterprise provides powerful information support for the establishment of strategic planning by carrying out competitive intelligence work. However, the development of competitive intelligence work in enterprises must have competitive intelligence talent as the support who has deeper professional knowledge and a large number of relatively high-quality. So, what kind of staff to do the job? This needs to evaluate competitive intelligence talent. The study of the evaluation of competitive intelligence talent can provide a clear direction for developing competitive intelligence talent of enterprise, enriches the cultivation system of competitive intelligence talent in theory, and provides a reference standard for the development of human resources activities for the enterprise.Firstly, this paper finds out basic current situation of competitive intelligence, evaluation and training of competitive intelligence talent through literature study in the theoretical circle, determines the research topic, namely the evaluation of enterprise competitive intelligence talent, points out the ideas and methods are different from others in this paper. Then puts the competency model into the evaluation of competitive intelligence talent, aims to build a relatively complete evaluation index system of competitive intelligence talent, at the same time, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to calculate the weight of each indicator in the index system. Then construct an evaluation model of competitive intelligence talent by using the hierarchy gray theory comprehensive evaluation model, to quantify the enterprise competitive intelligence talent evaluation. In the end, through the method of questionnaire survey and hierarchy grey theory comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate competitive intelligence talent belonging to a particular enterprise, determine their level of competency.In this paper, the innovation is mainly manifested in the following three aspects: Firstly, applying competency model to the evaluation of enterprise competitive intelligence talent, build an complete evaluation index system of enterprise competitive intelligence talent; Secondly, by using hierarchy gray theory comprehensive evaluation model to construct an evaluation model about enterprise competitive intelligence talent, realizing the quantitative evaluation of enterprise competitive intelligence talent. Thirdly, put forward the countermeasures of enterprise competitive intelligence talent training from three aspects: government, enterprises and society.
