With the rapid development of science and technology and information technology,the reliance on the information technology in all walks of life more and more heavy,software has become an integral part of the human production activities,especially in the increasingly fierce competition in the global economy today,the software of not only effectively reduce operating costs,reduce enterprise employees work burden,improve work efficiency,The ultimate goal is to increase profits.However,the inherent particularity,complexity and invisibility of software projects make the failure rate of software development projects remain high,and the lack of demand management or unscientific demand management mode is often one of the main reasons leading to project failure.This paper takes the current situation of software project demand management of a software development company(ZX company for short)as the background,and analyzes the demand management problems in the process of software development one by one by means of summary of historical project problems,questionnaire survey and interview,and deeply analyzes the causes.After analysis,the main reasons for ZX company's current software project demand management are lack of in-depth demand research,ambiguous demand,non-standard demand change,demand tracking management implementation is not in place and other problems.After knowing the problem and the cause of the problem,the feasibility analysis of agile demand management was carried out for ZX Company.On the basis of the conclusion that the agile transformation is feasible,Scrum project team is established,and the agile demand management model is applied to the project demand management process of the performance management system(P project for short)developed by ZX Company for the client CX Company.After inspection,software development projects have been greatly improved in three aspects: 1.The scope of the project is clear and clear,avoiding the indiscriminate spread of the project scope;2.2.Set up a Scrum team,use Scrum iterative development and product backlog priority rules to reduce the risks that may be caused by changes in other factors,and ensure the progress and quality of the project;3.Orderly and controllable demand changes.By using JIRA software for demand tracking and strictly implementing the demand change system,demand changes of the project are always under control,which ensures effective demand management and improves the quality of software development.This paper aims to study the implementation effect of performance management system,not only to provide data support for corporate transformation,accelerate corporate transformation,but also to provide typical case reference for other companies with similar situations.
