Based on the key chain technology and buffer,the case schedule optimization and control are realized.Combined with the analysis data and results of the case,the key chain technology and buffer zone can effectively ensure the project progress,realize the optimal allocation of resources,and provide reference for other cities' urban village third line renovation network and similar network construction projects.
