Design And Implementation Of Heat Meter MES System For Production Process Control

As a special type of work,the heat meter treatment specialty of an aviation enterprise has many kinds of technology and poor working environment,and because of environmental protection risk,the entry threshold is high,which leads to the fact that the heat meter treatment work is mainly manual work,backward information control means and many breakpoints in the whole manufacturing process.The main content of this thesis is based on the problems existing in the production management process of a thermal meter treatment plant in an enterprise of aviation industry,using advanced management ideas such as lean production to construct the production control model of the heat meter treatment plant based on the on-time system,on this basis,through field investigation and other means,carry out demand analysis,build the framework of the heat meter MES based on the business requirements of the heat meter treatment plant,build the heat meter MES framework based on the B/S structure,develop a heat meter MES system for production process control using tools set,C# language,Oracle database and other tools,It not only provides effective decision information for managers,but also improves the working efficiency of manufacturing layer,and achieves the goal of improving the efficiency of the whole manufacturing system.This thesis first introduces the reconfiguration of the production management mode of heat meter treatment plant under the background of information technology,after completing the model of heat meter production control system based on lean idea,carries out field investigation on specific business,fully understands business process,develops23 functions of production plan management,operation management,dispatch management,handover management,management,production monitoring and so on,and applies it in the actual production process,changes the black box mode of the original production system,establishes the information control platform,and realizes the solidification of the production control system,Make the production process transparent.
