Along with the development of modern machinery manufacturing industry, the mode of production management has been constantly updating and improving. After 30 years development and improvement, the Lean Production management mode, which generated in the 1970s, is extensively applied in modern machinery manufacturing now with its characteristic of reducing inventory and waste, strictly controlling product procedure, optimizing the allocation of resources and other advanced concepts as well as methods. It reduces the production cost, improves the production efficiency and enormously promotes the industry development.In the key mode of the Lean Production management, production process standardization is a very significant mode and concept among them. That is, analyze the products manufacturing process scientifically, and refine them as several sub-processes in which personnel, equipment, materials, technology, measurement and environmental elements are strictly configured. Real-time responding and linking up between production processes, necessarily inspecting at key nodes, reducing the waste and inventory, strengthening the process flow. Thereby ensures product quality in each procedure, improves production efficiency.At present, most enterprises apply manual and paper transfer when adopting this model. Combined with the actual enterprise production, this paper researches the use of computers and the assistance of information technology, designs and develops a set of process-control system to strengthen management and control, and to achieve production process standardization better and further improve production efficiency and ensure the quality. The work this thesis has mainly completed is listed as the following:1. The analysis of system's business. The thesis has analyzed the system's main business, extracted the key Commenced-audit, the First Production and Identification, Task-allocation, Batch-Production and Basic-Bata-Maintenance, Statistic-Analysis and so on. It has analyzed the flow by UML activities chart, and constructed its function model as well.2. The schematic design and detailed design of the system. This thesis has designed the system structure and the function of the subsystem and interface, planned the database and system security, and decorated the hardware.3. The actual realization of the system. By using Visual Basic and SQL2000 etc, the function has been realized in PC environment, reading card environment and touch screen, and the network dynamic connection of database and software's preliminary artwork have been realized as well. It also has tested the basic function and stability of the software.
