Cleaner production is a kind of sustainable development mode. This thesis focus on the ideal of cleaner production based on process control, and the approaches of cleaner production based on process control are studied in-depth in the background of pulp production process. Based on a discussion on the contents, background, significance and the up-to-now achievements in cleaner production in detail, we present our researches in five ways as follows:(1) The idea of cleaner production based on process control technology is demonstrated in-depth.By analyzing the concept of development, this thesis illuminates significance of sustainable development, and testifies that cleaner production is a kind of sustainable development mode. Based on a systematic discussion on the up-to-now research achievement in cleaner production, the idea of cleaner production based on process control is demonstrated in-depth, it's feasibility and fundamentality are presented. The idea of cleaner production based on process control is promoted a more advanced theoretic level.(2) Multi-objective optimization is applied to implement cleaner production for a digester processThe models of Vector Mathematic Program (VMP) and Lexicographical Stratified Programming (LSP) for the digester process are set up, respectively. The approaches of LSP multi-objective optimization based on genetic algorithms and multi-objective genetic algorithm based on Pareto stratum and niche technique are presented. The weakness of general approach of multi-objective optimization method that its weighting coefficient cannot easily be confirmed and it only gets a extremity effective solution are overcome by using above approaches. A set of effective solution accord with craftcondition of digester process is gotten. The credible guarantee for optimum terminal craft parameters are provided by using above approaches.(3) A approach of on-line soft sensing of effective alkali concentration was presented, and an inferential control system for digester process was designed.Aiming at that effective alkali concentration cannot be easily measured directly in delignification reaction, an approach of on-line soft sensing of effective alkali was presented, and an inferential control algorithm for digester process was designed based on it. The general approach to control the kappa number was improved. The inferential control approach can guarantee the quality of pulp, and at the same time, reduce residual alkali in black liquid. Therefore it can achieve a good cleaner production effect.(4) A multi-agent model of cleaner production for the pulp production process is established.A multi-agent model of cleaner production for complex, large-scale system of pulp production process is established by using the theory about agent's model, structure, communication and cooperation. This model is precondition to implement global optimization for cleaner production in the pulp production process.(5) A multi-objective optimization based on multi-agent technology, the distributed intelligent control algorithms for multivariable DMC are presentedA multi-objective optimization and a multivariable DMC distributed intelligent control algorithms are put forward based on the multi-Agent model of cleaner production for pulp production process, and their superiority are explained by using the simulation results of optimization and control for a digester process.The communication and coordinate in optimization and control algorithms was implemented by using multi-agent technology in above works. The study that combining process control technology with multi-Agent technology is promoted to technology implementation level from theoretic qualitative research, and a new research approach and a design frame for study of multi-objective optimization and controlalgorithms are provided.This thesis demonstrates that cleaner production based on process control technology is a kind of sustainable development mode according to the sustainable development theory.
