Research On The Effect Of People's Daily Microblog Empathic Communication During COVID-19 Outbreak

COVID-19 was outbreak at the beginning of 2020,according to maslow's hierarchy of needs,security is low level,what tickling the outbreak caused the nerve of the public,the media has become the important channel for the public to alleviate anxiety,but in the last report "empathy" is seen as a disease,at the same time past empathy research mostly exists in psychology,nursing,so the empathy text effect contributes to the media in the face of such incidents in the future,to empathy when transmission can consider what expression effect is better,provide some advice.This paper takes the microblog of People's Daily as the research object,the research texts are derived from 2,500 full-text texts during January to March 2020,the text of "Civil Disobedience" as the main object of study and 1582 valid texts are screened out.The content analysis method is used in combination with the questionnaire method between the number of reports,the emotion of the text and the topic of the report on the user's attitude in the text.Followed by in-depth study of survey questionnaire for the user,adopting a human reaction pointer scale non-textual before after the rain,in-depth investigation combined with Chinese human reaction pointer scale 531 users of empathy,text is divided into a pretest and posttest,find research report number,text sentiment,reported issues about empathy effect.The study found that the text attitude of People's Daily's Weibo showed different changes in the three months after the outbreak of the epidemic.Neuter reporting was the main,and audience showed different differences in different stages,by the different ways of text expression.In general,there are still the following problems in the empathic communication of the report text of People's Daily's microblog,such as the deviation of the reporting position,the lack of significant empathy in the emotional attitude,and the flattness of the reported characters.Finally,based on the above problems,this paper makes an in-depth analysis,and puts forward optimization suggestions from the mining of key events,the limit of emotional expression,the tension of character narration and other aspects,so as to provide some reference for the way and effect of mainstream media reporting relevant events.
