| In the era of intelligent media collaboration,the public use social media more frequently,and the output of emotional opinions on the novel coronavirus(hereinafter referred to as "novel coronavirus")is freer and more open,which also makes the field of public opinion more complicated,inevitably leading to panic and rumors among the people.The negative emotions and information in the public opinion field need to be coordinated and corrected by the official opinion field,so the authoritative mainstream media plays a more important role in reflecting the objective truth and guiding the positive emotions.During the COVID-19 pandemic,the mainstream media has seen new changes in the topic setting and discourse expression in their participation in public opinion guidance and social governance.They are constantly building new mainstream media with new thinking,new technologies and new product features.Under the social background of Wuhan lockdown,the new mainstream media represented by the microblog of People’s Daily constructed the emotional mobilization force.In order to explore the mobilization relationship between the news theme emotion and the audience emotion of People’s Daily microblog,this study captured a total of 4039 microblog entries of People’s Daily and 42,531 sample audience comments during the period from Wuhan lockdown to Wuhan lockdown.This paper summarizes the subject emotion category characteristics of People’s Daily microblog,positive emotion mobilization performance and the cognitive and behavioral changes of People’s Daily microblog audience.This study combines qualitative research and quantitative research,adopts the research methods of text analysis and semi-structured interview,provides theoretical demonstration of crisis life cycle theory and Hovland’s persuasion theory,and provides interdisciplinary analysis of emotional sociology,communication,philosophy and psychology.Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)topic modeling was used to classify the theme mobilization events and emotion characteristics of People’s Daily microblog in different stages.Then the Dalian Institute of Technology emotion Dictionary was used to analyze the emotion of People’s Daily microblog audience.Finally,the correlation characteristics between media and audience emotion mobilization were summarized.The main research achievements of this paper are as follows:1.The theme of People’s Daily’s microblog report is "compassion",emotional mobilization of life order events;"Benevolence" emotional mobilization Wuhan support and mental health events;"Beauty" emotion mobilizes ordinary power and the event of resuming production and work;"Sense of Justice" emotional mobilization pays tribute to heroic and patriotic events.2.People’s Daily microblog audience’s emotions were mainly "joy" and "good",and their emotions changed from "fear","evil" and "surprise" in the early stage of the epidemic response to "joy","good" and "anger" in the middle stage of the epidemic response to "joy","good" and "sorrow" in the late stage.3.The relationship between theme emotion and audience emotion of People’s Daily microblog news is gradual and consistent with each other.From personal life to collective unity to national feelings,the issue persuasion of official mainstream opinion leaders makes the social media public opinion field more harmonious and stable.The new mainstream media emotional mobilization,represented by People’s Daily microblog,has gradually narrowed the regional,cultural and economic barriers in the fight against the epidemic.This social governance mode is adapted to the development needs of the era of intellectual media,highlights the equal emotional needs of everyone,connects individual values with social values,builds regional,cultural and ethnic communities,and promotes the progress of social and national governance. |
