Research On The Construction Of Shanxi County-level Converged Media Center From The Perspective Of Grassroots Social Governance

With the innovation and development of my country's social governance theory,my country is realizing the transition from traditional social management to modern social governance,and is improving the new pattern from the government's unified leadership to the coordinated governance of multiple entities.The county-level converged media center is a new measure of governance and governance.,Is an important subject participating in grassroots social governance.Under the strategic background of vigorously building a county-level converged media center,the construction of a county-level converged media center will have a direct effect and influence on the regulation,management and control of local social issues.This article attempts to study the construction status of the county-level converged media centers in Shanxi Province over the past two years to understand in detail the institutional mechanisms,technical functions,and specific practices of the converged media centers in various counties and districts in participating in social governance.Under the goal of helping to modernize the grassroots governance system and governance capabilities,the current functional shortcomings and constraints of the county-level converged media center serving grassroots governance,in order to find construction ideas,countermeasures and suggestions that can promote the healthy development of the county-level converged media center.The author conducted a field survey of five county-level converged media centers in Shanxi Province,conducted in-depth interviews with relevant personnel,and then collected and reviewed numerous literature materials and case introductions on the construction of county-level converged media in Shanxi Province,and systematically summarized them.It also reviewed the construction and operation of the county-level converged media center in Shanxi Province.The study found that the county-level converged media center of Shanxi Province has carried out unique function construction and path exploration in the coordination of multiple subjects and participation in grassroots social governance.In summary,there are four aspects,including the ability to expand information influence by using media attributes as a breakthrough.,Supported by advanced technology to enhance collaborative governance capabilities,rely on resource integration to promote public participation,and build a platform for people's livelihood based on services that benefit the people.Generally speaking,the county-level converged media center in Shanxi Province has gained some experience and results.The County converged Media Center has become an important participant in the county-level grassroots governance structure,and it has also carried out unique explorations and practices in integrating and innovating social governance.However,it is undeniable that due to various reasons,there are still many shortcomings in the district and county converged media centers.To make the development of the county-level converged media centers better meet the needs of promoting the modernization of grassroots governance,there are still many problems and problems.Constraints,such as the lagging of talent team construction,insufficient resource integration and capital investment,poor breakthroughs in institutional mechanisms,shortcomings in departmental collaboration and mass interaction,etc.Through analysis of these issues,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.,Including five aspects such as strengthening media coordination,breaking through inherent thinking,strengthening top-level design,encouraging grassroots innovation,and strengthening media + services,in order to better promote the development of county-level converged media centers.
