Research On County-level Media Convergence From The Perspective Of Grass-roots Social Governance

In recent years,due to the development of the Internet,China's original governance model has been greatly out of touch with the times,and grassroots social governance needs to keep up with the times and innovate.On this basis,the central level of China has proposed the construction of a county-level integrated media center as a platform for grass-roots governance to promote the improvement of China's county governance capabilities.However,in the development of more than a year,China's county-level integrated media center still has various problems.This article uses the theory of participatory governance as a theoretical reference,uses survey research methods and interview methods,and takes Yumen City Rong Media Center as the research object to study the role and problems of government,Rong Media Center itself,and citizens in grassroots governance.The research conclusions show that the government's improvement of the system and mechanism since the establishment of the Rong media center has laid a good foundation for the development of grassroots governance.However,it is still necessary to strengthen the resolution of citizens' problems and improve citizen satisfaction;Rong media center can basically Use technology to make good use of its own platform role,provide a platform for dialogue between citizens and the government,provide information for citizens,etc.,but the content provided is less comprehensive,and interaction with citizens is also lacking.Actively interact with citizens to improve their The stickiness of the Rong Media Center allows it to participate in the governance process and promote the improvement of regional governance.Some citizens can use the Rong Media Center platform to participate in politics and discussions,but the overall participation of citizens is not deep enough.The role of understanding is limited to the provision of information and services.Therefore,the media should increase publicity,emphasize the importance of citizen participation in social development,and encourage citizens to use this platform to actively participate in social governance.Citizens themselves should also continuously improve their participation capabilities,promote coordinated social development,and improve Level of regional governance modernization.In order for other county-level integrated media centers in the country to better play their role in grassroots governance,this article believes that under the leadership of the government should improve the institutional mechanism,change the concept of development,and reduce barriers between institutions;integrated media centers should make full use of technical means to Citizen-government dialogues build a more ideal platform,enhance the comprehensiveness of the content,actively interact with citizens,and promote the active participation of citizens in social governance.
