In recent years,with the rapid development of algorithms,computing power,and data has brought a new round of opportunities to artificial intelligence.All walks of life have been affected by this artificial intelligence,especially Internet companies who have gained in this wave get more opportunities.The online medical industry,e-commerce industry,and entertainment industry among Internet companies are benefit from artificial intelligence technology.This article takes the risk management of company A's Intelligent Customer Service project as the research object,and combines the related risk management theory to identify,classify and qualitatively analyze the internal and external risk factors faced during the project development process;On this basis,the risk assessment method is used to quantitatively evaluate the factors of risk weight.On this basis,the project development risk response strategy and measures are formulated,and a set of risk monitoring mechanisms suitable for the project is established and implemented.The specific process is as follows :In the stage of risk identification,this paper uses literature analysis method and Delphi method to identify the risk of the company A's Intelligent Customer Service project.Firstly,this article use the work breakdown structure method(WBS-RBS)to classify the work of each stage of the project,and introduce the activities of the work stage in detail;Secondly,this article use the Brain Storm method to summarize the initial risk Classification list,then use the Delphi method to screen the initial risk classification list to obtain a project risk identification list;Finally,combine various risk factors and work activities at various stages of this project to build a project WBS-RBS matrix,and the risk factors are explained,analyzed and summarized to provide a basis for subsequent risk assessment.In the stage of risk assessment,the method of ABC classification Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to quantitatively evaluate the risk factors of the company A's Intelligent Customer Service project.First of all,creating a hierarchical structure model of risk assessment based on the list of risk identification;Secondly,perform consistency verification and calculation of the comprehensive weight of risk indicators on the risk judgment matrix of each layer to construct a project risk indicator weight table;Thirdly,use the ABC classification method to classify and rank the risks of smart customer service projects;Finally,using qualitative analysis method based on fuzzy mathematics expert scoring method to score the risk of the intelligent customer service project again,and determine the risk level of the intelligent customer service project.In the stage of risk response and monitoring.First of all,the specific R&D progress of the structure project and the risk issues of the project have established an intelligent customer service project risk management team.The main responsibility of the project risk management team is to deal with the risks encountered during the development of the intelligent customer service project.Secondly,according to the results of risk assessment,design strategies and specific implementation measures for intelligent customer service project development risks.This article introduces in detail the strategies and implementation measures for P1 level risks of this project,and focuses on intelligent customer service projects features design a complete set of project risk response strategies,and monitor the risk problems of this project in real time through weekly project evaluation and output project risk reports.At the same time,the risk problems and solutions encountered in the project wil l also be updated to A company's artificial intelligence project risk database in order to provide references for other software projects with artificial intelligence characteristics.Finally,the analysis from the practical effect of project risk manageme nt proves that the content research of intelligent customer service risk management in this article has a certain practical value,and it can provide a reference for other software projects with artificial intelligence characteristics.
