Research On Collaborative Sharing Mode Of Supply Chain Information Based On Blockchain

Supply chain Information collaborative sharing is the research focus in the field of supply chain management.At present,domestic and foreign scholars are mostly focusing on the research of supply chain information sharing based on simulation models.There are few researches on the operation mode of supply chain information collaboration sharing between upstream and downstream of the supply chain and the same travel companies.The integration of blockchain technology and supply chain information sharing breaks through the problems of information lag,low safety factor,and inadequate supervision in the traditional supply chain information sharing model,and realizes information sharing,intelligent supervision and group decision-making among different entities.Firstly,this paper analyzes the supply chain information sharing model in detail.This content summarizes the problems and shortcomings of the traditional supply chain information sharing mode,identifies the influencing factors of supply chain information sharing,and analyzes the supply chain information flow mode based on blockchain.Secondly,this paper builds a blockchain-based supply chain information collaborative sharing mode.It involves the following three aspects:(1)It summarizes and analyzes the supply chain information collaborative sharing network system based on blockchain;(2)Taking procurement,inventory,sales and logistics distribution as the main content designs the realization process of supply chain information collaborative sharing;(3)On the basis of the above two points,it analyzes and abstracts a blockchain-based supply chain information collaborative sharing model.In this sharing model,considering the degree of product substitution between enterprises and the capability of collaborative sharing ability between enterprises.The comparison demonstrates that the collaborative benefits of enterprises brought by the supply chain collaborative information sharing based on blockchain are superior to those under traditional information sharing.It further derives and gives the scope of collaborative sharing capabilities between enterprises when they choose cooperative innovation.Finally,taking the information collaborative sharing between Changchun Faway Adient Automotive Systems Co..Ltd and downstream customers as the research object,the result shows the supply chain collaborative sharing mode based on blockchain,the amount of unit marginal collaborative sharing has gradually increased with the introduction of blockchain,thereby saving enterprise production costs.Enterprise technology can be innovated,bringing maximum synergy benefits to supply chain enterprises.
