Research On Application Of Blockchain In Supply Chain Information Collaborative Management

With the advent of the "big data" and "Internet+",era,core supply chain companies have discovered that systematically optimizing the supply chain information collaboration process and discovering the economic value of massive amounts of information have a huge impact on reducing supply chain costs and increasing corporate income..However,from the perspective of the existing supply chain,information processing collaboration systems generally suffer from weak intelligence,centralized management,and other phenomena.Information barriers have formed between companies in the supply chain(thus causing information barriers between enterprises).Achieving cross-border information synergy has caused problems such as poor synergies,fragmentation among companies,and fragile supply chains.In order to solve the above problems,this article starts with the supply chain information collaboration.By using blockchain technology,it attempts to establish a transparent,intelligent,decentralized,and tamper-resistant information collaboration system to optimize the traditional supply chain information collaboration process and achieve synergy.First of all,this article starts from the current research situation of supply chain collaboration,combs the academic research on supply chain collaboration methods,and the research and implementation status of block chain.Then extends the research theme of this article.Secondly,based on the traditional supply chain information collaboration,the factors affecting the supply chain information collaboration are discussed from four aspects,and the main problems and reasons in the information collaboration process are summarized.Thirdly,considering the influencing factors comprehensively,in view of the problem of traditional supply chain information collaboration,a supply chain information collaboration solution based on blockchain technology is proposed,which is optimized by using blockchain technology.From logistics,procurement and inventory On the other hand,through analysis and verification,the superiority of supply chain information collaboration and blockchain fusion applications was confirmed.In addition,a Stackelberg game model was constructed to verify the supply chain information collaboration system supported by blockchain technology in a more intuitive form.The synergy brought by it is better than the traditional model.Finally,taking the secondary supply chain order information composition composed of manufacturer A and seller B as an example,by using the technical characteristics of blockchain intelligence,P2P and decentralization,the information collaborative process is optimized and the block is verified.The chain technology optimizes the applicability and advancement of supply chain information collaboration,and achieves the goal of reducing costs and increasing revenue in the traditional supply chain.In general,this study lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent collaborative research on supply chain information,and provides a decision-making reference for core enterprises to improve the coordination status of supply chain information.
