Information sharing is the key to the success of supply chain management.Information sharing solves the problem of information island between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain,and greatly improves the coordination and overall benefits of the supply chain.However,in the implementation of information sharing,supply chain enterprises are hindered by the conflict of interests of enterprises,the inability to ensure the interactive security of information sharing,and the lack of effective incentive mechanism,resulting in low willingness of enterprises to share information,How to design an effective information sharing incentive mechanism to overcome these obstacles has become a very important problem.Blockchain is tamper proof,traceable and decentralized;At the same time,multi-attribute reverse auction shows good advantages in revealing preferences and avoiding winner curse,which can better characterize the characteristics of supply chain.It provides an opportunity to solve the above problems.Aiming at the research status and existing problems of supply chain information sharing,this thesis establishes an information sharing platform based on blockchain,including information sharing incentive mechanism and information sharing transaction framework,provides many core functions for supply chain enterprises to carry out information sharing and interaction,and creates a safe and reliable information sharing and transaction environment.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Demand analysis of information sharing platform.Taking supply chain information sharing as the background,aiming at the deficiencies existing in the existing supply chain information sharing,including the uneven distribution of benefits of information sharing,the lack of effective incentive mechanism,the security of information flow in the supply chain,etc.,combined with the characteristics of blockchain technology,this thesis analyzes that the information sharing platform has the core functional requirements.(2)Design the incentive mechanism of information sharing among supply chain enterprises.Aiming at the key elements of supply chain information sharing incentive,this thesis constructs the information sharing mechanism between enterprises by using multi-attribute reverse auction,analyzes the incentive factors of supply chain enterprises for information sharing under cooperative game and non cooperative game,so as to determine the incentive factors affecting supply chain enterprises,and provide a theoretical basis for the design of incentive mechanism.The designed information sharing incentive mechanism can meet the cooperation requirements of manufacturers and suppliers,and the scientificity of the mechanism is verified by numerical simulation.(3)Build the framework and main functions of blockchain information sharing platform.According to the information sharing function requirements of manufacturers and suppliers,this paper constructs an information sharing platform framework based on blockchain to realize the information sharing evaluation,information traceability and profit distribution of manufacturers and suppliers.The above functions are realized through smart contracts to ensure that the data will not be robbed and tampered and the protocol will be executed automatically in the process of data interaction.The platform also includes an information sharing transaction framework and introduces a time commitment mechanism to ensure the fairness of manufacturers and suppliers in the process of information sharing and interaction.(4)Development and function simulation of information sharing platform.The information sharing platform is developed with Python language,which provides the main functional interfaces such as information sharing evaluation,profit distribution and information tracing for the information sharing interaction of supply chain enterprises.At the same time,it also built a blockchain test platform based on Ethereum,carried out the simulation test of smart contract transaction process and blockchain performance,and compared the results with the existing blockchain network to prove the feasibility of the platform built in this paper,which can ensure that enterprises can share in a reliable and secure environment.
