This paper introduces the signal integrity analysis design of signal processing module with JESD204 B data interface as the core.The processing core of the module adopts Xilinx's XC7VX690 T,the design contains five ADC,and the maximum single channel supports the signal transmission rate of 10 Gbps.In this paper,the correlation principle of signal integrity is firstly expounded and analyzed,the envelope of the main theory involved in the design is established,and the influence model of the corresponding design is briefly introduced.Then,the architecture and design contents of high performance ADC circuit system design from RF region and digital region are introduced.On this basis,the drawing constraints of PCB are determined by simulation of wiring constraints.The design method of signal integrity and power integrity theory is applied to complete the design of high performance ADC circuit system.After the design of the high-performance ADC circuit system is completed,the realization capability of the PCB for high-speed signal transmission is simulated.By establishing the channel S parameter model and comparing the simulation results,the influence range and degree of Neck mode on high-speed signal are determined.Finally,this paper proposes the wireline operation rules for Neck mode of the corresponding highperformance ADC circuit system.On the other hand,for the high-performance ADC circuit system,back drilling method is used to further optimize,simulation analysis of the back drilling process benefits,from the performance and economic analysis of the need for back drilling.Through S parameter simulation and time domain simulation,the influence range and degree of back-drilling on data transmission are clarified.The application rules of back-drilling process of ADC circuit system with high performance are presented.At the same time,the high performance ADC circuit system power supply part,power plane modeling.The influence of wire routing mode on the inductance of capacitor circuit and the planar impedance of power supply is quantified by PDN simulation.The design factors affecting the PDN impedance of the power supply are defined.Through further simulation optimization,the power plane PDN finally meets the device performance requirements.Finally,a design method to improve the performance of power plane PDN is proposed.Finally,the high speed channel function of oscilloscope is used to test the actual transmission efficiency of high performance ADC circuit system.According to the deviation between the actual test and the simulation results,the possible deviation points during the actual manufacturing and testing are analyzed.The methods to improve the consistency between simulation and actual efficiency are summarized and the methods to improve the simulation accuracy are put forward.On this basis,the design rules of high performance ADC circuit system are put forward.
