Digital based and software based will be the development of radar and communication system in the future, while in this process, digital RF system will be one of the key techniques. The hardware circuit of digital RF system is a typical Bus Architecture High-Speed Circuit, the operating frequency of the Bus is up to several hundreds MHz, so the signal integrity should be considered.The paper take bus structure of wideband digital RF system as an example, which is the design and fabrication of a digital RF orthogonal modulation system with a sample rate of 1.5GHz, focus on the research of signal integrity theory, then take this as a basic guidance, a high-speed circuit which fulfill the signal integrity theory was designed and the real circuit was simulated and measured, the results prove that the bus structure digital RF system which is designed under the theory of signal integrity reaches a very high performance, which satisfies the requirement of signal integrity and also can be used to acquire, store and process RF signal.The paper takes transmission line theory, electromagnetic theory and scatter theory as basis, PCB trace characteristic impedance calculation equations, analysis for the effect caused by parameters like geometry and dielectric constant's influence, calculation equations for differential impedance and hybrid s-mode parameters for differential circuit are provided, while calculation about reflection and impedance matching methods and termination techniques are analyzed. Equations for crosstalk are derived, analysis combined with IBIS model about multi-factors'influence on crosstalk and methods to reduce crosstalk are provided. And the last of this thesis deeply study the design and fabrication of bus structure wideband digital RF system, simulation about the circuit based on signal integrity and measurement of the circuit which applied to radar environment signal simulator are conducted.
