| With the rapid development of materials and production process technology, the speedof CPU is becoming higher and higher, and the proportion of high-speed circuit design inthe whole circuit design is becoming larger and larger. Due to the frequency of systemclock improving continuously, the rise time of signal is speeding up, so it makes the impacton circuit from some features of transmission line become more and more prominent, andit will cause a lot of signal integrity problems. To ensure signal integrity in high-speedcircuit becomes the key to the success of a design, therefore, for the high-speed circuit, theeffective and accurate signal integrity analysis and simulation has become very important.In this thesis, the signal integrity problems encountered in the high-speed circuit isstudied. Some theoretical research is described in detail, as well as practical simulation andanalysis for the corresponding problems. Firstly, the concepts of signal integrity andtransmission line are introduced. Secondly, the influence factors of signal integrityproblems are analyzed carefully, which results in some methods with simulation andanalysis to eliminate reflection, crosstalk. Finally, taking the design of high-speed PCB forexample, make use of Cadence software SpecctraQuest/SigXplorer to simulate thecorresponding signal integrity problems in the process of design, and compared the resultsof simulation. The results of design show that compared with the traditional method, thedesign method of signal integrity analysis can improve the design efficiency.The complete work of this thesis has a good reference for the high-speed PCB designmethod which is based on signal integrity analysis. In this way, it can effectively improvethe efficiency of design, and speed up the development cycle and save the product cost,which has an important social value and practical significance. |
