As the electronic product unceasing renewal, its frequency more and more high and product system more miniaturization, in product circuit board design, the signal integrity problems of interconnect effect the performance of the system is becoming more and more important. So in the high-speed digital product design, analyzing signal integrity problems, becomes an important step of the high-speed digital product design.In the high speed-digital circuit design, signal integrity problems performance mainly four aspects: reflection, crosstalk, rail collapse noise(simultaneous switching noise) and electromagnetic interference. In this paper, firstly, introducing the signal integrity problems related basic theory: high speed-digital circuit foundation, electromagnetic field theory and transmission line theory. Secondly, according to these theory, through the circuit model, from the essence I analyzed the generating mechanism of reflection, crosstalk, rail collapse noise and electromagnetic interference. Thirdly, based on the results of the analysis, using the simulation software Hyperlynx and the simulation circuit model IBIS of the high-speed digital circuit, through comparing the simulation proves the theoretical analysis reduce signal integrity problems method. Finally, based on the field test unit of the antenna control module of base station development to verify signal integrity analysis methods in design application.This paper mainly completed work have the following:1.introduced signal integrity analysis of relevant theoretical basis.2.according to relevant theory, analyzed the generating mechanism of reflection, crosstalk, rail collapse noise and electromagnetic interference.3. using the simulation software Hyperlynx and the simulation circuit model IBIS, verified these methods of the decrease of signal integrity problems.4. based on the field test unit of the antenna control module of base station development to verify signal integrity analysis methods in design application...
