In recent years,information technology has become the forefront of the main social economy and science and technology,more and more software enterprises into the market,the software industry is facing increasingly fierce competition,in this context,the business process of high efficiency,as an important factor of maintaining software enterprise core competitiveness,caught the attention of more and more enterprises.Now in general use software enterprise sales management system to realize the full process management of software project,compared with the traditional management mode of work efficiency is higher,but in the practical work of business process there are still some problems existing in the process,mainly is information communication channel is too long,lack of unified management process,part of the core link of lag and so on,seriously affected the efficiency of the whole process of software project and schedule.Therefore,it is very important to study the business process reengineering of sales management system.This paper takes the actual case enterprise S software enterprise as the research object,firstly puts forward the background and significance of the research subject,and expounds the theory of process reengineering,the theory of sales management system and its research status.Secondly,the business process of the sales management system of S software enterprise is analyzed in detail by using activity-based costing,fishbone analysis and field research,etc.,and the problems existing in the business process of sales management and personnel management in the application process of the original sales management system are summarized and summarized.Then,based on Hamer's process reengineering theory,a business process reengineering scheme that meets the sales management requirements of S software enterprises is formulated for sales,pre-sales,in-sales,after-sales and other links by prepositioning some core processes,increasing the assessment of technology and workload,information and demand correlation and other mechanisms.Finally,the comparative analysis of the benefits of the sales management system before and after the process reengineering proved that the application of the business process reengineering and information technology of the Sales management system of S enterprise has effectively improved the enterprise'swork efficiency and reduced the input cost,thus indirectly improving customer satisfaction and avoiding project risks for the enterprise.This paper not only solves a series of problems in the application process of S enterprise sales management system,but also provides valuable experience for all similar software enterprise sales management system business process reengineering.
