Hanjiang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. Of Enterprise Information System Design And Capp Implementation

With the globalization of economy and the rising competetion in the business world, the successful application of an information system is becoming increasingly important to a modern manufacturing enterprise. It would help sharing the whole information resources and using them more effctively, and therefore significantly reduce the managerial cost of a company and make it more competetive and solid.This dissertation bases on a real project named "The implement of the enterprise information system of HanJiang Machine-Tools Inc. " . It designed the structure of the whole information system and focused on the development of its Rolling Bearing CAPP system from its design to its implement.The paper analysed modern information technology and its application, brought in modern management skills, such as enterprise resources planning, material resources planning and product data management, and then elaborately designed the structure of the whole information system based on the results of its necessity analyses and full-scaled requirement analyses. The paper talked about the primary probable problems and discussed their solutions.This paper emphasised on the development of its rolling bearing computer aided process planning system and clarified its performance of being practical, compatible and expansible by analysing the whole system in terms of its necessity, frame design, detailed function design, data base system discussing the process of making, storing and printing its technical processing card.
