With the accelerating pace of industrialization and marketization of the media industry,the competitive environment is becoming more and more intense.Many TV stations have established a relatively standardized and perfect modern enterprise system with clear property rights,clear rights and responsibilities,separation of government and enterprises,and scientific management through restructuring.In the context of media industrialization,the importance of cultivating the core competitiveness of television media is highlighted,and the core competitiveness of the media is actually the competition of talent,relying on the unique ability of the media team.However,the imperfection of human resource management,the low satisfaction of employees and the decline of work enthusiasm make it difficult to build the competitiveness of enterprises.We found that many journalists' satisfaction with the current assessment criteria,welfare pay,management relations,leadership,job flexibility and other factors are changing.This paper takes HRTS Financial Media News Center as an example to study the reasons for its low employee satisfaction by means of in-depth interviews and questionnaires,mainly including the inequitable salary structure,the lack of scientific performance appraisal system,the limited role of honor incentives,the lack of training system,and corporate culture.Then,with the help of incentive theory and knowledge,this paper probes into the causes of the above-mentioned problems and puts forward a series of ways to improve the staff by adjusting the salary and welfare system,carrying out performance appraisal reasonably,improving the promotion mechanism,establishing a harmonious communication mechanism between superiors and subordinates,standardizing the training mechanism and so on.Job satisfaction,enhance team cohesion,in order to cope with the fierce media competition environment.
