As a city-level traditional television media,ZTV Media Group,under the impact of new media,has been marginalized in the media market.Human resources is one of the core resources of enterprises.In order to get out of the predicament,ZTV Media Group must play the role of human resources and encourage the enthusiasm of staff officers to start a business.However,human resources of ZTV Media Group have the problems of imperfect incentive mechanism,poor incentive effect and lack of enthusiasm of employees,which puzzles the further development of the group.This paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods to find out the problems existing in the human resource incentive mechanism of ZTV Media Group,and analyzes its causes,and draws lessons from the typical practices of new media and melt media human resource incentive mechanism.Find out the path and method to improve the human resource incentive mechanism of ZTV Media Group.According to the research,there are some problems such as unreasonable salary system,unscientific performance appraisal,imperfect promotion system,poor system,unscientific performance appraisal,imperfect promotion system,poor training and spiritual incentive effect,and the absence of negative incentive measures.Against the background of media integration,ZTV Media Group has not established a mobile priority development strategy,has not advanced media integration in depth,missed development opportunities,and is in trouble to implement incentive measures.At the same time,under the influence of the management system of institutions in the past,lack of scientific understanding of human resources incentive mechanism.To solve problems in human resource incentive mechanism based on the advanced experience of new media such as today's headlines and Changxing Media Group,ZTV Media Group must improve the promotion system,salary system,performance appraisal,training system,spiritual incentive,negative incentive and so on,and constantly improve the human resource incentive mechanism to provide human resources support for the ZTV Media Group to get out of the predicament and develop into a new mainstream media with strong influence and competitiveness under the background of the media integration.
