Along with the sharing of high-technology,reformation and opening-up,the world economy has become globalized and integrated,China has long been known as the factory to the world.Huawei,Xiaomi,Gree,Zte,Foxconn and other outstanding enterprises have sprung up rapidly as mushrooming.China has made great progress in the fields of electronic communication,household appliances and original manufacturing.The "Made in China 2025" plan is a major strategic deployment made by Chinese government to comprehensively improve the quality and level of China's manufacturing industry development,and also to adapt himself to the world trends.Its essential goal is to change the awkward situation that China's manufacturing industry is "large but not strong".The manufacturing industry has made a big contribution to China's economy created by demographic dividend and scale effect,but now they become to disappear gradually.Made in China is still the management of people,the change of China's manufacturing industry is not a simple question of replacing people with machines.Man is the key role,not the equipments.At the same time,throughout the whole human resources market,the cost of human resources recruitment is increasing day by day.The employee satisfaction management is conducive to help enterprises to find management problems,to enhance the centripetal force and cohesive force,which has become the top priority in the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry.This paper takes Foxconn,the world electronics industry giant,as the research object.Zhengzhou Foxconn,one of the core business groups of IDPBG business group,mainly provides OEM services for customer A.The number of employees can reach to more than 200,000 in peak period.Therefore,it is particularly important to implement effective employee satisfaction management,which is an effective way for the company to achieve sustainable development and obtain competitive advantages.On the basis of previous studies on influencing factors of employee satisfaction,this paper makes a detailed investigation and study on the satisfaction of workshop employees in view of the external competition situation faced by the company,the high quality requirements of customer A and the voice of workshop employees.Firstly,the influencing variables of employee satisfaction were formulated based on face-to-face detailed interviews with small batch of employees in the early stage and suggestions fromsenior human resources management experts.Then,questionnaire surveys were released to the large number of selected samples through online questionnaire and offline interview.The collected data and different variables were statistically tested including descriptive analysisand personal attribute analysis.Finally,the paper made comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the influencing factors of employee satisfaction,dug into the deep-seated problems of the company's operation and management,and proposed feasible strategies to improve employee satisfaction.Through this paper,on one hand,I hope to mobilize the working resources of all departments based on my employee relationship work to define a detailed and comprehensive improvement plan and to track the improved conditions of the existing problems.On the other hand,I hope to provide more practical reference schemes for other manufacturing enterprises to improve employee satisfaction.
