With the deepening of economic reform, knowledge and talent become the basis of competition.The enterprises from the previous focus on labor administrative management simple beginning to complex human resources management, how to stimulate the creativity of employees and how to exploit potentialitites of employees become an important topic of modern enterprise research. In recent years, many enterprises pay more and more attention to the role of incentives, and establish a set of incentive mechanism for employees. Although they have achieved some results, because of the influence of confined by the traditional ideas and the traditional system, the incentive mechanism of knowledge and specific operation still exist some problems, leading to incentive not to play its due role.This article introduces the enterprise employees incentive mechanism at the same time, through the analysis of present situation of incentive often sign media company employees, discusses the incentive measures, effect of incentive and incentive mechanism, research on incentive effect of the company, employee satisfaction survey, analysis of the causes of the problem, combing, combined with the industry successful experience in staff motivation of post incentive scheme, design, and a prediction of the scheme may have application in enterprise effect.
