Job satisfaction has a great influence on the improvement of employee's performance and realization of the development of enterprise strategy.With the rapid development of internet,job opportunity varied which causes the instability of employee.Thus enterprises have paid more attention to the employee's job satisfaction.Especially for traditional media industry,which faces the fierce market competition,needs to improve stability and employee's job satisfaction.The job satisfaction of the R&D staff,who are the core member of the employee,has a direct impact on the development of the enterprise's significant business and strategy.This article focuses on the research of employee's job satisfaction of company A.Combined with the related theoretic study of job satisfaction,questionnaire survey and interview,the job satisfaction of company A's employee is adequately investigated through six dimension and twenty-three indicators.Based on the data analysis,the article discovers the major influences on job satisfaction and suggests several promotion strategies.Three main findings regarding to the job satisfaction are presented as follows.First,compared to the employee satisfaction of other departments(4.7 points),the employee satisfaction of R&D department is relatively low(3.7 points,full score 7 points).Second,management system,salary and career development have the most impact on low job satisfaction.Third,gender,qualification,working-age,marital status and so on have little influence on job satisfaction.At last,the article suggests three promotion strategies to improve employee satisfaction according to the result of the research and the comparison between company A's and the other companies' R&D department: improving the management system,helping employee to plan their career and carrying out effective salary and benefit policy.The research is of positive significance to the improvement of employee's job satisfaction,promotion of the company's long-term development and stability of traditional media industry.
