With the deepening of China's economic system reform,a large number of operating publishing institutions are facing restructuring.In the new market environment,the publishing organization must strengthen the market concept and strengthen the internal management so as to remain invincible in the increasingly fierce market competition.The restructuring of enterprises,the general characteristics of publishing institutions has first commercial property or business,its internal incentive should follow the general rules of enterprise incentive;secondly,the general business publications have different from other labor-intensive,its employees have the typical characteristics of knowledge workers,the production and operation of enterprises with strong cultural dissolution the design of the staff incentive mechanism should be different from other production enterprises.Therefore,how to build a new staff incentive mechanism is an important issue for the enterprises in the process of the transformation from traditional institutions to modern enterprises.The subject of this paper,WX publishing company has been identified as a pilot unit in the recent round of institutional reform,and some market exploration has been carried out in the construction of the system,but it has not yet been perfected.This paper is based on the existing domestic and foreign incentive theory and research status,aiming at the current situation of incentive mechanism of WX company at present,field investigation and analysis based on employee satisfaction and demand,analyze the WX company incentive mechanism existence crisis and problems.Then,using incentive theory,focusing on the four dimensions of compensation and benefits,work itself,employee development and enterprise environment,the overall framework of incentive mechanism of WX company is designed.This paper aims to explore the incentive problem of WX employees to provide certain reference value for the development of other publishing companies in China,but also hope that the research on the incentive of knowledge workers similar to explore new angle and way.The innovation of this paper is on the specific external environment transformation as the background,analysis of the old employees incentive mode of modern enterprise operation and development limited,the two main incentive problems from enterprises--"enterprise" and "employee" point of view,a comprehensive analysis of the problems and the system of staff incentive mechanism in the news publishing industry the.This paper is divided into 6 parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,the significance of the topic,the research methods and the basic framework.The second part defines the core concepts of this paper,and combs the relevant theories and literatures at home and abroad.The third part of on-the-spot investigation of the sample units,and through questionnaires,interviews and other means,the basic situation of WX company and analyze the current situation of incentive;incentive mechanism problems and causes of the fourth part of the theory and data analysis of WX company;the fifth part of the incentive theory and the domestic and foreign related research results,the optimization scheme proposed design ideas the incentive mechanism of WX company,including the design principles and specific measures,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the implementation of security measures optimization scheme.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.
