With the continuous updating and iteration of products,higher requirements are put forward for the project management of R&D enterprises.In project management,the main thing is to effectively manage human resources of project team.However,how to efficiently allocate human resources,resolve the conflicts between members of the project,handle the problems that staff's frequently job hopping and laziness occur in the process of project implementation need to scientifically and reasonably allocate human resources of project team,and motivate the R&D project team members to play a key role in working,improve the efficiency of product development of the whole project team.Thus,the enterprise's competitiveness will be greatly enhanced.Taking company M as the object of study,this article,through the study of human resource allocation theory,combines with the types and features of the product research and development project by means of field investigation and interviews as well as analysis of status and problems of human resource configuration in company M product research and development project.Besides,setting up the model of M company human resource configuration,this study,according to the problems that emerge,analyzes the causes of problems in detail respectively from the organizational structure,performance appraisal,salary incentive,team building and human resources development and training.In addition,specially starting with the enterprise's talent strategic planning,the study combines with the matching model,readjusts the project organization and responsibility,perfects the selection and appointment mode of team members,establishes the performance evaluation mechanism,improves the incentive mode,strengthens the construction of team culture and staff training and other allocation optimization measures,so as to optimize the human resource allocation model of product R&D project of company M.Through the research of this paper,the purpose is to facilitate the efficiency of human resources allocation in product R&D projects of company M,improve the ability of product R&D project management and enhance enterprise's competitiveness of company M,therefore,fundamentally promote the long-term development of company M,and provide some constructive references for similar enterprises.
