The core of modern company competition is talent competition,so human resource management is more and more important in the process of company management.Establishing a set of effective performance evaluation system is the focus and key of human resources management.It has a long-term and effective incentive effect on improving staff's working ability,improving staffs working efficiency,realizing work objectives and company's strategic objectives quickly.As the core of corporate strategy implementation,senior managers'performance management is the guarantee of corporate strategy implementation and goal realization.As a high-tech start-up company,TJ Technology Company has realized the existence of performance management system through several years of continuous practice and innovation,and the means of performance management have been from weak to strong.As a result,the company's efficiency has been continuously improved.However,compared with well-known technology companies at home and abroad,TJ's performance management level is still relatively backward.Especially,the existing performance evaluation system for senior managers can not keep up with the pace of the company's development.There are some problems,such as single assessment form,one-sided use of financial indicators to measure managers'performance,the lack of close integration of evaluation indicators and corporate strategy,which can not play a deep role.The effectiveness of incentives hinders the formation of human resources competitiveness.Based on the actual situation of TJ technology company,this paper uses the basic theory of performance evaluation to analyze the current situation of its senior managers'performance evaluation system and find out the problems that need to be solved.Combining with the analysis of senior managers' position and performance characteristics,this paper optimizes the existing performance evaluation system by using performance evaluation tools such as balanced scorecard and key performance indicators.Design,determine the index evaluation system,evaluation method,index weight and evaluation criteria for different positions,and try to apply the optimized performance evaluation system.This paper tries to put forward a set of scientific,effective,feasible and suitable performance evaluation system,fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of senior managers,improve the comprehensive level of enterprise performance management,meet the needs of enterprise strategic development,and then enrich and improve the performance evaluation system of high-tech enterprises.
