After having grown quickly for many years,more and more Chinese company started to emphasize performance appraisal.Professional performance appraisals not only keep competitive advantages of companies but also provide fair opportunities for promotion.Many years ago,few companies would like to consider professional performance appraisal because it was too expensive,so how to make more companies obtain professional performance appraisal had become a difficult question.With the rapid development of the Internet,many traditional industries gradually reform with the help of the Internet,the advantages of this change include saving money and expanding the circle of clients,obviously this also has given professional performance appraisal a way to fulfill.So the main purpose of this essay is how to bring the professional performance appraisal to the Internet with current technology.First of all,the essay will introduce all kinds of technologies in this performance appraisal system based on KPI.Then the essay will analyze the scenes and business flow,at the same time,it will conclude every functional requirement from them.After that,the essay will screen some important requirements,and then explain the whole process of implementation with pseudo code and captured pictures.At last,the essay will show test results to prove the reliability of this system,meanwhile it will also point out some defects and future expectation.
