In different stages of social development,the news industry has always played an important and special role.Under the current background of information globalization,any local hot news is likely to spread rapidly around the world.Information globalization,no matter in improving the quality of news reports or in the mining of valuable news clues,has undoubtedly put forward higher requirements for media companies engaged in the news industry.Journalists,as the core competitiveness of news media companies in the news industry,undertake a series of important work,such as obtaining news clues and making news reports.With the advent of the era of Internet,the timing of the news reports demand is higher and higher,the news industry increasingly fierce competition,formulate scientific and reasonable performance evaluation mechanism for journalists,and thus stimulate the journalists at the completion of the news of initiative and enthusiasm,become the media companies continue to improve the competitiveness of key.Northeast Asia Media Information Co.,Ltd.is a media company that collects and produces professional video news for TV stations.Since its establishment,the company has taken producing high-quality,objective,original and in-depth TV news reports as its development concept.For a long time,the company in order to pass by reporters editorial and the number of TV news report aired,as the main standard of evaluation of journalists pay how many,but not in the coverage of the aspects such as length,type,whether it is exclusive to subdivide,making more applicable standard of performance appraisal,this leads to performance appraisal standards promulgated by the company to the reporter is a single,lack of scientific nature.As a result,the reporter can not get the corresponding remuneration and produce negative feelings such as slack work.In a company's human resource management system,performance appraisal,as one of the key links of performance management,is not only directly linked to the company's employee salary,but also an important basis for employees to promote their positions,improve their performance and enhance their ability.In order to improve the deficiencies in the performance appraisal of journalists in Northeast Asia Media and Information Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes the causes of the existing problems in the current performance appraisal system through four chapters,proposes targeted improvement plans,and finally provides practical safeguard measures for the improved plan.The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the background,significance and research methods of this thesis.The second chapter deals with northeast Asia media information co.,LTD.,the current reporter job performance appraisal system,and the system of performance appraisal indicators including journalists position is not enough refining,journalists,the depth of the editorial coverage compensation is not reasonable,the reporter position compensation system some problems low transparency,and lead to these problems,such as failure to set up scientific performance evaluation method,the performance appraisal review vulnerable to subjective tendency influence,assessed the current performance appraisal system has failed to adjust measures to local conditions considering actual situation inside the company and other companies internal and external reasons.Third chapter is the core of this article,according to the problems existing in the current performance appraisal system of company,according to the specific standards for the performance appraisal should be in line with the company's long-term strategic objectives,such as the specific principles,over standard of performance indicators,performance evaluation,performance evaluation method,etc.,targeted improvement scheme is put forward,such as put forward in view of the different types of news reports should be carried out with the difference between evaluation criteria,to improve the original performance evaluation result application of single channel,etc.;The results of the improved performance appraisal will be applied to the salary adjustment,future career development planning,personnel adjustment and other specific aspects of the journalists.The fourth chapter,according to a series of optimized performance appraisal programs,sets up the guarantee to ensure the implementation of the program,including the company system,capital,etc.
