The application of information system in the daily affairs and business operation of enterprises can effectively reduce labor costs,improve service quality and enhance team performance,and help to comprehensively strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises.Along with economic development and the improvement of management level,human resources information system(HRIS)has gradually become a very important part of enterprise management.Human resource management information system can provide detailed data support to the management and development of the enterprise,greatly improve the efficiency and quality of human resource management,optimize enterprise human resources management,improve employee performance,and develop enterprise innovation.This paper comprehensively uses the research methods of questionnaire survey and case analysis to study and analyze how the human resource information system affects the performance of human resource team.The results show that the HUMAN resource information system has a positive impact on the team in three aspects:enhancing team members' ability,strengthening team cooperation,and evaluating team results.This conclusion proves that the use of human resource information system can play an important role in improving team performance.The result also proves that the output of the human resource team,their internal coordination and the improvement of the individual ability of the team members are of positive significance to the performance of the human resource team.This paper explores the function of human resource information system on team performance,which has certain guiding significance for practice,and provides enlightenment and ideas to optimize team performance by information system,upgrade enterprise human resource information system,and achieve comprehensive information.
