Based on information technology (IT), the information system (IS) is built up in a modern way. Integrated with people, data and IT, IS is in the collection, storage, processing and providing of information for business decisions. IS is applied to the effective day-to-day affairs and business operations to reduce production costs, improving service quality and helping to enhance the company’s core competitive strength. But the survey shows that a lot of information systems development projects can not be the successful implementation according to plan, thus tobe a huge burden on enterprise development.Relative to other industries real estate is capital-intensive. Through the use of modern information technology to grasp and access to all aspects of information to enhance the operation and management of the team performance, to improve business decision-making speed and quality of decision-making, providing customers with more satisfaction. Therefore the level and degree of implementation of IS is an important indicator to measure the future development potential. Real estate enterprise IS is of the use of computer network technology to advance management expertise and to achieve the paperless office; and to speed up the exchange of information within the enterprise; and to improve business processes and management models; and to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, improve the corecompetitiveness. The ultimate goal of the real estate is to improve team performance and marketing capabilities, and constantly enhance their decision-making, efficiency. Then, whether the use of IS can achieve the intended purpose of team performance improvement, and what factors affect the realization of the goal is more concerned with the managers and researchers. To explore this problem, a questionnaire survey was conducted and structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to understand the relationship between the useage of IS and team construction. Case studies also play an important role in the understanding of concept model. This dissertation contributes to promote China’s real estate enterprise information system upgrade and to provide enlightenment and ideas for team construction.The dissertation is composed of Introduction and other six chapters. The main contents are as follows:In the part of introduction, the background and meaning of this dissertation are explained. The related research status at home and abroad is reviewed, and the main contents and methods of the dissertation are presented.In chapter one, the basic theories were introduction, including the information system and information technology, the related concepts of information systems usage, team and its type and the measurement of team performance.In chapter two, based on resource-based view (RBV), the enterprise information system usage was analyzed, including the information technology infrastructure, information technology personnel and organizational resources. These three dimensions of information system usage are discussed to form the theoretical foundation of the model in this dissertation.In chapter three, case studies and depth case analysis of real estate enterprises were used to refine, compare and analysis of the various enterprise information systems usage and the the team performance, preliminary test paper concept model and the correctness and rationality of the basic assumptions. Final part of this chapter puts forward the concept model and the research hypotheses.In chapter four, based on the former research, the selection of the corresponding measurement tries to make each item can reflecting the connotation of variables. Then the dissertation designs questionnaire. The issuance of process, and sampling designing method, sample size, etc. were introduced and included the major statistical technology and data analysis method.In chapter five, the130valid questionnaires were analysed and sample characteristics were described. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to identify the research scale reliability and validity. SPSS statistical software and PLS structure equation model were used to verify the concept modeling and the assumption relationship. Final part of this chapter explained and analyzied the resultsIn chapter six, some suggestions were given to China’s real estate enterprise about how to make full use of IS to improve team performance. The main contents and conclusions of the dissertation are concluded. The disadvantages are reflected.
