With the rapid development of China's economy,innovation has become a magic weapon for organizations to win in the ever-changing market environment.Team is the key business unit carrying organizational innovation activities.The knowledge contained in the team can inject continuous power into the organization's continuous innovation.Therefore,in the context of the new era,how to effectively use the team's knowledge resources to improve the level of team creativity is still an urgent key issue to be solved.Organizational innovation is inseparable from the empowerment of digital transformation.More and more enterprises begin to promote the networking and intelligent upgrading of office mode.The new technology represented by social media accelerates the pace of digital transformation of organization,which not only improves the work efficiency,but also has a multi-faceted impact on the work mode and content of employees.In recent years,the academic community has extended the research tentacles of team creativity to the technical level.Some scholars have explored the impact of the use of social media in team work on team creativity,and have achieved certain results.However,there is still a lack of empirical research on the internal mechanism between the two,so it is necessary to further supplement and expand.According to the existing research gaps,this paper focuses on two types of social media use: relationship oriented use and task oriented use,and constructs a research framework based on communication visualization theory and social exchange theory.The effects of team knowledge sharing on team social media use and team creativity are examined.The mediating role of the relationship between team members,and the moderating role of team member exchange,in order to deeply analyze the influence path of team social media use on team creativity.At the same time,relying on alumni resources,641 employee evaluation data from 102 work teams in Anhui,Hunan,Henan,Guangdong and other provinces were collected through questionnaire survey,and the corresponding analysis was carried out to verify the theoretical model constructed in this study.The results show that:(1)Task-oriented team social media use has a positive impact on team creativity;(2)relationship-oriented team social media use has a positive impact on team creativity;(3)Team knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between task-oriented use and team creativity;(4)Team knowledge sharing mediates the relevance between relationship-oriented use and team creativity;(5)Team member exchange positively moderates the impact of task-oriented use on team knowledge sharing;(6)Team member exchange positively moderates the impact of relationship-oriented use on team knowledge sharing;(7)Team member exchange positively moderates the mediating effect of team knowledge sharing on the relationship between task-oriented use and team creativity;(8)Team-member exchange positively moderates the mediating effect of team knowledge sharing on the relationship between relationship-oriented use and team creativity.The results reveal the mechanism of team social media use on team creativity,and verify the mediating role of team knowledge sharing and the moderating role of team-member exchange.It is not only a supplement to the relevant research on social media,but also has a certain guiding value for organizations to use social media efficiently in the future.
