Design And Implementation Of Emergency Task Team Building System

There are occasions that special tasks, temporary tasks in everyday police work, that require the deployment of temporary staffs from various departments. Task-based team building currently is mainly on the theoretical research stage. And the principal research direction is based on optimization methods of operations research. In practice, The best combination of team is not inevitably required, but to take full advantage of limited resources and to complete more tasks. Emergency Response is currently focused on how to dispatch social resources, coordination of command to deal with large-scale emergencies. For smaller incidents of police work and resource dispatching issues such as the formation of the complex incidents is now a blank. Police emergencies, temporary team is made up mainly based on the leadership power. Thus, it easily leads to excessive use of the excellent police powers, instead of young police officer that need to be trained.This research is based on police officer job performance information, we use variety of intelligent optimization algorithms to optimize the selection of the project members to complete mission requirements. Temporary team is a team of more tasks to a particular component. In the process of team building, based on the quantification of the mission objectives and police information, we provide temporary staff team candidates. Finally, the command center selects the temporary team. In this paper, the design and implementation of team building system has finished. The core of the system is team building. And the main job is to deal with emergencies.Firstly, the research focused on actual functional requirements in police emergencies work, including emergency plan selection, temporary team building, tracking etc. According to the technical requirements of the system, the overall framework of the system is designed.Based on the functional requirements, the function organizational framework is made up.System detailed design team will set up temporary power function, using advanced methods to build a temporary team building system models, as well as team building functional processes. In addition, the paper detailed the design of the system data storage, network layout implementation.According to the detailed system requirements and design, the article makes the detailed system implementation. Moreover, this research describes the detailed implementation,including team building core classes, static structure diagram, and sequence diagram. We describe the main functions and implementation of the system, and the system functional testing and performance testing. We use the case test for the function test, and the results show that the system can complete the established system requirements. Performance test results show that the system can achieve a better load capacity, to meet the current requirements of the system online subscribers.
