JinZhou Petrochemical Team Performance Management Information System Design And Implementation

Team is the cell of an enterprise,team as a bearer of petroleum enterprise daily work,is the core of the oil industry management system.At present,most oil companies still mainly adopts the traditional paper-based way team performance appraisal management,personnel and performance evaluation of the subjectivity and randomness is relatively large,can't meet the requirements of shift standardized management,resulting in a decline in work efficiency.So,using modern management idea management team members,really solve the problems existing in the current team management,to improve the management level of oil companies shift has important and practical significance.In this paper,The application of the ASP.NET technology,based on B/S model frame,while fully contact the Jinzhou Petrochemical Corp team management practice,management control requirements and standards for the enterprise team information platform of team performance management has developed a set of practical requirements,through the establishment of leave,on examination,multiple task management module,the full realization of the Jinzhou Petrochemical Corp team daily performance appraisal process standardization and visualization,changed the work efficiency,to the benign development of the team competition,promote staff work enthusiasm and initiative.In this paper,the overall idea of the first part,in-depth analysis of problems currently existing team management,so as to summarize and analysis of the research content and significance;the second part,the basic technology for a simple description;third part of the system,including function design,database design requirements design detail design;fourth part,the main function of this system to focus on the design of the fifth part,system implementation;display;the sixth part of the test methods and test results using the system are described;the seventh part,the summary and outlook of the system function.After more than 1 years of continuous optimization and improvement of the design scheme,the design function of the system has been fully realized,and has been put into daily use,and achieved better application results.
