Research On Modeling And Evaluation System Of Team Situation Awareness For Small Team

With the increasing complexity of work procedures and the specialization of skills,the complex automation system requires more and more team coordination,but the accompanying human engineering problems gradually become new problems affecting the reliability of the system.This study focuses on the modeling and evaluation of Team Situation Awareness(TSA)in the task of complex collaborative systems.The effectiveness of the evaluation system was verified by experiments based on ordering system.The method in this paper can be helpful to the evaluation of TSA in collaborative system and guides the selection and training of operators.We first review the concepts and models of TSA,based on Endsley's concept of situation awareness(SA),we revise coordinated awareness of situation by Gorman and propose TSA model based on coordination,which is divided into three modules:individual situation module,mutual situation module and coordination module.We analyze the typical SA measurement methods such as freeze probe recall techniques and self-rating techniques,and designs related questionnaires based on the characteristics of the three modules to obtain a quantitative score for each module.Then the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to analyze the weight of the three modules,and the final TSA level was obtained.In the experiment of two-person,the validity of the measurement method of three modules is proved by the analysis of correlation and reliability,scores of the three modules are combined to form a quantitative value of TSA level.On the basis of two-person experiment,the number of people was expanded to three,disturbance was introduced to the task,the adaptability and effectiveness of the evaluation system in the multi-person collaboration scene were evaluated,and the use of the measurement method in the multi-person collaboration scene was analyzed to increase the convenience of the evaluation system.
