Research Of Improved Agile Development Method Based On The Team-cooperation

Agile software development method is a light-duty method to traditional methods. Marton Fowler, one of representative figures of the agile method, has put forward the nucleus idea: adapting and humanist. Based on the agile idea, many new software development methods have been produced, such as: XP, FDD, SCRM, Crystal and so on. XP paid more close attention to personal practice. The element of person is emphasized. This paper put forward to pay attention to team-cooperation, to carry on team management and to practice project supervision. It is based on the agile development method and come into being from the practice of software development work. Specific theory and method were discussed in the paper. And feasible measures were put forward. These measures were used in practical work, and got good result. The main research content of this article is as follows.1. The problem of development process of software engineering and the risk factors leading to the failure are analyzed. And the idea of agile development methods is introduced. It shows the characteristics of agile development method. The use of agile development methodologies and non-use of the effectiveness of agile development methods are compared.2. Based on agile development methods and combination of practical work, it analyzes the team problems and interdependence. It shows the necessary measures of team-cooperation. A mathematical model of teamwork is constructed.3. It analysis the problems of team management, and has proposed measures to improve the management team. A mathematical model of team management is established.4. The process of project supervision is given to promote team-cooperation.5. Finally, using a real software project, the importance of team-cooperation is demonstrated.
